At MOSO AS, our Board of Directors is integral to our mission of advancing practicum education through innovative, research-based Practice Activity Systems (PAS). Our board members bring a diverse array of expertise and leadership from various sectors, including education, healthcare, and technology. The board’s collective vision and strategic guidance are crucial in driving our commitment to enhancing the practicum experience for universities and health institutions.
Tormod NƦss
Tormod NƦss is anĀ entrepreneur, investor, and mentorĀ with experience inĀ AI, telecom, IT service management, real estate, and industry. He has founded and developed multiple companies, focusing on digital transformation and efficiency.
AsĀ CEO of MOSO AS, he leads the effort to digitize practical training in education,Ā based on research-driven technology that streamlines and enhances practical training in higher education. He is the initiator of theĀ Nansen Project, a major initiative to standardize and digitalize practice-based education across universities.
Petter Mathisen
Petter Mathisen is a professor at the University of Agder, Ćstfold University College and Western Norway University of Applied Sciences. His professional interests are particularly related to mentorship, university pedagogy and guidance & technology in higher education. Mathisen has published several articles and books nationally and internationally in the field of guidance and mentoring.Ā Mathisen is the founder of MOSO AS.
Kalle Sundqvist
Kalle Sundqvist works with management and organizational development in companies in various industries in the Nordic region.
He was previously the prohibition coach in 1996 for Kayak where the Swedish ladies won Olympic gold in Atlanta.
Competing in three Summer Olympics, he won a silver medal in the K-2 1000 m event at Barcelona in 1992.Ā He is also a member of Falvir’s board.
Atle Roll-Matthiesen
Atle Roll-Matthiesen currently works as the leader of the industrial company Green Landscaping Group AB in Norway. Since its establishment in Norway in 2020, the group has taken on responsibility for 12 subsidiaries in Norway.
Atle is an experienced and development-oriented leader with a broad background in both national and international matters. He is a lawyer and holds a degree in social economics from the University of Oslo.
In addition, he has extensive experience from the justice sector ā including the police, Kripos (the National Criminal Investigation Service), the prosecution, and the courts.
Furthermore, he has a background in boards and/or leadership within finance/banking, energy, and sports.
PĆ„l Arne WĆøien
PĆ„l Arne WĆøien is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive international experience, having led GE Healthcareās operations across Europe Middle East and Africa. Specializing in medical devices, P&L management, and business transformation, he has driven strategic growth and operational efficiency in both mature and emerging markets with deep expertise in corporate governance, international negotiations, and healthcare innovation.
